This process was created by Heather Boon after years of experience working with clients and businesses and helping them to define their brand and business vision. She realised there was a need for a process that enabled any business or client to gain total clarity around what they do and why they do it, which leads into brand definition and business growth.
 
As the Vision Strategist she created this unique five step process which assists business owners and entrepreneurs to gain the clarity they need on what they do, why they do it and what they are truly passionate about. Guiding her clients through the process, Heather trains business owners to look at their resources, strategies and tactics wtihin their own business, looking at their brand and business from every aspect to discover what they specifically require to achieve great results.

Vision
Q. Why am I in business and what do I want my business to achieve? What is the legacy I will leave and to whom?
 
Creating a strong vision is a must for you to be able to clearly define why you are in business and what you ultimately want to achieve through your business. In this module we will delve deeply into your why and set the foundation of your strategic plan.
 
Passion
Q. What solution are you passionate about delivering to your customers and are they as passionate about your products or services as you are?
 
The second module deepens your understand of your motivations and those of your customers to ensure there is a match. From this vanatage point you will be able to improve your offer to them to insure the continued growth of your business through existing and new customers.
 
Resources
Q. Who do I need on my team and what new skills do I need to gain to realise my vision? How can I keep myself and my people motivated, passionate and innovative? What technology do I need to bring my vision into reality?
 
In this module we examine if your actions reflect your vision and discover your leadership style. How to attract and retain the people you need and keep them working towards your vision. What technology do you require and how to source it from trusted sources. We investigate any needed skill sets that may be missing from your resources and how to best source them for you.
 
Strategy
Q. Who is your target market? Where are they? What is your point of difference from your competitors?
 
This is the module where we explore the world of your target market and their relationship with you and your products and services. Where do you wish to be positioned in your marketplace and what do you want your business to represent? What is your brand and what are the qualities that is recognised for?
 
Tactics
Q. How do you deliver your products or services to meet your customer's needs? How can you reach and attract more customers or clients? What is the best way to communicate with my customers?
In this modue we delve into your options for connecting your products with your target market in the most cost effective way to meet their needs. How to promote your business, create and leverage your brand to ensure you are positioned in alignment with your vision.  Including the most effective way to communicate your value and build business relationships that will create raving fans and evangelists spreading word of your business through recommendations.
